12 Month MOT covering 99 checkpoints which is carried out by
an independent garage. |

You
will be entitled to A FULL REFUND of the PURCHASE PRICE in the event
of one of the following items occurring (A,B,D,)
| A. |
The
car being subject to previous serious accident damage and recorded
on the VCAR* register prior to purchase. |
| B. |
The
car having an incorrect mileage* recorded on the odometer (without
notification at the time of sale) |
| C. |
The
car being subject to a proven existing finance or loan agreement
normally recorded by HPI Equifax Jack Ford will agree to settle
off any such agreement within 28 days. |
| D. |
The
car being previously stolen and not recovered and being of false
identity. |

Customers
choosing the PDI package & Indemnity cover will be automatically
entitled to FREE - 12 Months / 12,000miles warranty and 6 Months

JACK FORD MOTORS RECOMMEND THAT YOU SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THIS PACKAGE
AS THE ALTERNATIVE IS 30-DAY MECHANICAL PARTS ONLY (NOT LABOUR)
WARRANTY. CUSTOMERS NOT ACCEPTING THIS PACKAGE
WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A REFUSAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
DOCUMENT.

*Incorrect Mileage - Within 10% or 10,000miles (whichever is greater)
*Customers offering a Part Exchange must leave any unexpired road
tax on their previous car

Qualifying
Customers will be automatically entitled to a FREE 6 months road
tax (3 months if a part exchange is involved) and a 30 day guarantee
to allow for a Taxi Test and covers items which have failed the
Taxi Test.

easy) and in the case of major warranty claims (which are few),
These are always considered flexibly (in the customers favour) This
particularly applies to customers who may live out of the area.
