Applicable to

  1. All finance transactions accepted through our BLACK HORSE finance account
  2. All customers taking our a P.D.I. Indemnity Package
2. Duration - 7 DAYS MAXIMUM
3. Mileage - 500 MILES MAXIMUM
4. Making a Claim - You must telephone / or fax Jack Ford Motors direct to register by giving notice 24 hours before you return your car
5. Obtaining a Refund - After vehicle inspection (approx 10 minutes duration) refunds will be made by NATWEST cheque immediately
6. Inspections - Returned vehicles must be in a similar clean condition as at collection and if not, we may (in some cases) instead negotiate a reasonable reduction from the full refund price for any obvious damage or neglect incurred
7. Part Exchange - A customers part exchange vehicle will form a part of any refund based on the original invoice price and will be returned providing it is still available if it is not, the equivalent price will be paid within the refund.

Cost

  1. The cost is free only from the outset and to any customer claiming a refund and then choosing another car (of any price)
  2. A customer claiming a refund and not choosing another car will incur a documentation charge of £99.00
  3. A customer claiming a refund after purchasing a second consecutive and final car will incur a accumulative documentation charge of £250.00
9. Exclusions - Any commercial users i.e. taxi operators and those whose use is considered abnormal i.e. for motor sport or any unlawful driving usage.
10. Vehicle Parts - High Value mechanical and electrical parts may be 'marked by us' prior to collection and any part which is found to have been replaced by a faulty similar part, will make any refund claim invalid (unless there is a good reason).
